Because i Loved The Gnome

This polaroid transfer reminds me of Audrey Toutou’s Amelie‘s gnome

… and because i adored the movie, this will soon be on display in our living room. Much to Jelle’s chagrin 🙂

When i showed him the print, he gave me a dead look. Of course. So i pushed, a little, and chastisted him for his memory gap(s).

I don’t care it’s not the prettiest choice, or even the most sympathetic as it doesn’t match anything else in the living room. Our so called living room is the replica of another 50 holiday homes across the grounds so there can’t be any harm in wanting it spiced up with my eccentricity, can it?

A girl’s got to do what she’s got to do 🙂
